Developing an e-learning strategy
The aim of this course is to provide you with information and knowledge necessary to develop an e-learning strategy. It will cover all the benefits of introducing e-learning, what is required, what you will need, how you go about it, the costs and the savings.

Instructional Design
The aim of this course is to provide you with knowledge and skills to “convert” an existing face to face course or develop a new programme into an e-learning format, ready to be developed into an e-learning programme. The course will cover the methodologies and techniques in instructional design to develop a storyboard with appropriate scripted content, learner interaction and assessments.
